KHEYA creates a structured route for good-condition clothing that is no longer being used to reach people who can benefit from it. The programme connects household-level generosity with practical community support.
Usable clothing can remain unused or be discarded even when other people need basic garments. At the same time, families facing financial hardship may have difficulty replacing worn-out clothing.
Prochesta can collect clothing through organised drives, sort items by usability and suitability, remove damaged or unsuitable pieces from the distribution stream, and distribute appropriate items through community contacts. Basic hygiene, dignity and quality checks are important parts of the process.

Impact & Measurement: Track kilograms/pieces collected, usable items redistributed, beneficiaries reached, collection-to-distribution ratio and feedback. Avoid presenting all collected clothing as distributed if some items require recycling or disposal.
How You Can Support: Support can provide collection bags, transport, sorting/packing materials, storage and distribution logistics. Individuals can contribute clean, good-condition clothing.
