USHNA PROVA is a seasonal humanitarian support programme through which Prochesta distributes blankets and winter essentials to people who need additional protection during cold weather.
Cold weather can become significantly harder for people without adequate bedding, warm clothing or secure living conditions. A simple winter-support item can provide immediate practical value when delivered at the right time.
The programme can be planned before winter, with local identification of vulnerable beneficiaries, procurement or collection of suitable blankets, transparent distribution records and safe delivery arrangements. Priority criteria should be defined for each drive so resources reach people with genuine need.
